Supporting the development of a new LNG terminal in Brunsbüttel, Germany

Final assignment as part of the Jack-Up Barge for JB 119

Over the past autumn and winter, Jack-Up Barge supported the development of the new LNG terminal in Brunsbüttel, Germany. On behalf of main contractor Cobra Sener Gas North (CSGN), and in close cooperation with the Ballast-Nedam-Hakkers JV, our jack-up barge JB 119 was deployed for works related to the construction of the sea jetty for this new energy infrastructure project.

The scope of work has now been successfully completed and delivered according to schedule. With the deployment of JB 119, Jack-Up Barge provided a stable and reliable offshore platform, contributing to the safe and efficient execution of this important project.

According to Arjenne Koster-Vroegindeweij, Commercial Manager at Jack-Up Barge, the project was not only about execution, but also about strong cooperation throughout the entire process:

“The cooperation with the Ballast-Nedam-Hakkers JV was open, direct and pleasant from start to finish. This contributed significantly to an efficient execution and the successful completion of the works.”

For JB 119, this project also marked her final assignment as part of the Jack-Up Barge fleet, giving this successfully completed project an additional special significance.

We look back on this project with pride and appreciation, and would like to thank Ballast Nedam and , Hakkers, and everyone involved for their trust and the pleasant cooperation.
